Massachusetts Reopening Plan for our Business

As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to get back to work safely for our loyal customers and ourselves. In accordance with the Massachusetts Phased Reopening, we are observing the following guidelines for retail businesses.

Phase 1: Monday, May 25, 2020

Desiree’s Desires, Inc. will continue to be closed to the public for in-store shopping. Despite that order, retail establishments will reopen in a limited remote capacity. We will be processing online orders and offering FREE SHIPPING during Phase 1. However, at this time, we will not offer curb-side pick-up, as our small family “adult” business really isn’t set-up for that for many reasons.

We are very proud of our brick and mortar boutique. Moreover, we feel strongly about our ability to provide sexual health and wellness education. That is extremely difficult to achieve remotely. However, we are still here for our customers. Send us an email requesting product information before placing an order or call us at the boutique. We will do our best to respond promptly.

Phase 2: To Be Determined (at least 3 weeks after Phase 1)

We are hopeful the road to reopening our boutique doors is short and not winding. When we are permitted to reopen our doors, we will welcome customers knowing there will be capacity restrictions and mandatory health regulations. We are ready and capable of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all that visit our boutique. Please stay tuned for Phase 2 reopening dates set by the Governor. We will announce our Phase 2 reopening date as soon as we possible can.
