Message to Girls & Women

I posted this on my personal Facebook page today. I’m getting alot of great feedback, but consider the source. My Facebook friends know me. I would imagine they like me. Plus, they generally know my style.

I’m not trying to toot my own horn by any means. I’m trying to send a message. Girls and women please take note, listen, understand, and digest.

Girls and Women these are generally very good principles to live by:

• It doesn’t matter what others think of you.
• Your opinions always count.
• Your self-worth counts.
• Your right to walk down the street without fear of harassment and intimidation counts.
• Your sexual desires and pleasure counts. 
• Knowledge is power. Educate yourself.

Girls and women, this is the start. There are tons of confidence boosters we can discuss. At the end of the day, you have to own it! Confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect equals power. While believing in your own power may seem intimidating to some, it’s the key to independence and liberation.

Here’s to celebrating the power of girls and women!!!
